Upon Booking Confirmation

• You will receive a notification email upon booking completion.

Prior Departure Date

• The cruise documents will be sent through email to you 14-21 days before the departure date. 
• You are required to proceed for online check-in using the booking reference number, no later than 3 days before departure in order to download and print your cruise documents.

• Please be at the cruise terminal for check-in at the designated time as shown in your cruise document.

Travel Information

• Cruise staterooms and schedules are subject to availability and changes.

• Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing. Infant aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the cruise ship.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Before the Departure Date

• 57 to 43 days before departure is subjected to SGD 150 of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 42 to 28 days before departure is subjected to 25% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 27 to 06 days before departure is subjected to 50% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.
• 05 to 0 days before departure is subjected to 100% of full cabin fare plus an administration fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - During the trip

• No refund for unused portions of cruise, tours and any other travel service.
