Booking Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email for the package with Instant Confirmation status; For Request Status package, you will receive a reply within 24-48 hours after booking.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Prior Departure Date

• Your final Hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely situation, alternative Hotel of similar standard will be provided.

Itinerary

• The itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements.
• Only guided tour are conducted in English Speaking local guide. There is no guide provided for Theme Park & Attraction only.

Accommodation

• Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed
• Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.

Meal

• Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel.
• If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price is about MYR 15 - MYR 50 per person.

Transportation

• Tour will be operate by sharing vehicle. Vehicle type may change depend on the group size of participants in the tour.
• You may have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation base on the type of package you have selected.
• For airport transfer ,each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).

Entrance Ticket

• The entrance ticket may no included transfer if not stated.

Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information

• Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost

Jetty Information

• Make your own way to the Jetty 30 minutes before the departure time. collect your ferry ticket at the ferry reception counter.
• At the same time, you have to pay the Marine conservation fund at the counter

Ferry Schedule

• From Mersing Jetty or Tanjung Gemok Jetty to Kampong Genting Jetty, Tioman Island - Between 07:00 am - 01:00 pm
• From Kampong Genting Jetty, Tioman Island to Mersing Jetty or Tanjung Gemok Jetty - Between 07:00 am - 04:00 pm
• Ferry schedule is subject to change without future notice and due to tide level, sea condition, and weather condition

How to get to Tioman Island

• Tioman Island is located around 30 kilometers off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, it can be reached by ferries from either Mersing or Tanjong Gemok.
• The ferry journey from both locations to Tioman Island will require around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the boats used.
• Recommended ferry company for your trip to Tioman Island: www.bluewater.my & www.cataferry.com
• The ferry will stop at the Kampong Genting Jetty, Tioman Island. You will be transferred by resort's speed boat to Minang Cove Resort. Boat transfer timing is between 08:00 am - 05:00 pm daily. 

Tourist Visa

• We recommend that you check with your Local Embassy for the visa requirement of your nationality. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday.

Travel Insurance

• We recommend buying travel insurance before you travel to make sure that you are covered financially during the tour.

Local Transportation

• Information on the train include (KTM, LRT, MRT, Monorail), taxi, Grab Car, bus and coach services to, from and around Malaysia. Malaysia has well-developed transport networks and efficient rail links.

Currency

• The Malaysian ringgit (MYR) is the official currency of Malaysia.

Seasonal Weather

• Malaysia does not have four seasons (spring, summer, winter, autumn), but it has sunny days and rainy days throughout the year.

Deposits & Full Payment

• Full Payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
• 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
