Itinerary

• The itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements. 
• Only guided tour are conducted in Mandarin Speaking local guide. There is no guide provided for Theme Park & Attraction only. 

Accommodation

• Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class. 
• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed
• Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.

Meal

• Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. 
• If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price is about CNY 30 - CNY 50 per person.

Transportation

• Tour will be operate by sharing vehicle. Vehicle type may change depend on the group size of participants in the tour. 
• You may have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation base on the type of package you have selected. 
• For airport transfer ,each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).

Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver. 
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information

• Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival. 

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case. 
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost

Tourist Visa

• We recommend that you check with your Local Embassy for the visa requirement of your nationality. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday. 

Travel Insurance

• We recommend buying travel insurance before you travel to make sure that you are covered financially during the tour.

Local Transportation

• Metro - The four subway lines in Chengdu have linked almost all the city attractions, shopping centers, train stations and bus terminals, thus make travelers trip in Chengdu very smooth and convenient. The starting fare is CNY 2, and the highest single ticket price is CNY 10. So it is also very money-saving to travel in Chengdu by metro.
• Taxi - The starting fare of Chengdu taxi is CNY 8, which covers the first 2 kilometers, with additional CYN 1.9 per km beyond 2 kilometers and within 10 kilometers, and additional CYN 2.85 per km beyond 10 kilometers.
• Bus - Buses traverse the entire country and can take you everywhere you need to go. That is if know which ones to take. The numerous bus routes may overwhelm or confuse first-time visitors. Fares are based off distance traveled, time of day as well as traveler type (adult, children and senior citizen fares are offered). Based on all those factors, you could end up spending the same amount that you would for a metro ride

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
• 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour:

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
