Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost

• Bus in Indonesia Large buses, as well as smaller ones, are common in Java and Bali. Meanwhile, in other parts of Indonesia, smaller buses are more common than city transport. Taking the bus is also a good option for travelling from city to city.
• Trains in Indonesia aside from buses, trains are also a great way to travel on land. Jakarta and its satellite cities have a train system called the KRL. It's a very affordable and relatively fast way to travel by land. You can also take trains for longer trips from city to city.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
• 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.
