At the time of Booking

• Please provide the actual flight detail with departure & return date.

Booking Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email for package with Instant Confirmation status; For Request Status package, you will receive a reply within 24-48 Hours after booking.
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Prior Departure Date

• Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure.

Pre & Post Tour Extension

• You may request for any Pre & Post for tour services with Our Sales Support Team.

Itinerary

• The Itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements.
• Our tours are conducted in English or Mandarin, by our experienced tour manager.
• This is a tour requires frequent walking. Please wear comfortable shoes & clothing.
• Please note that this package is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Accommodation

• Hotel classification is based on a 3-star hotel, minimum of 3-star hotel is guaranteed.
• Please note that most of the Europe hotels, do not supply tea and coffee making facilities / Kettle.
• No Triple room available due to the limited availability at most European Hotels.
• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked.

The maximum occupancy are set out below

• Twin / Double rooms: 2 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child No Bed
• Triple rooms : 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child With Bed ( For the extra bed hotel may arrange a couch type bed or a roll-away bed )

Meal

• The local guide will provide information of meal location during the tour.
• Simple lunch price about EUR 15 - EUR 20. Simple dinner price about EUR 20 - EUR 35.

Entrance Ticket

• All entrance tickets at the sightseeing spots are not included in the tour fare. Tour Manager will assist you to purchase an entrance ticket at your own cost if you wish to enter the building.

Extension

• For Sharing Vehicle customers who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will subject to additional charges.
• For Private Vehicle customers who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will be provided.

Airport Pick Up Information:

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information:

• Our driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the group meeting point.
• At the end of tour, our driver will pick you up at group dismiss area, and transfer you back to your hotel or airport.

Guidelines During The Tour:

• You have to wait at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick up time. The driver might not wait for you. Should you be late, it will be considered as no shows and no refund will be provided.
• During your sightseeing tour includes free time in certain spots. Please arrive at the meetup location given by the tour manager at least 10 minutes before the meetup time. There will be no waiting for late-comers. Travellers who fail to show up on time will not receive any refund and will be considered as no show.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost.
• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operators control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.

Deposits & Full Payment

• Full Payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation must be made in writing.

Before Date Of Departure:

• 10% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 31 days and before prior to departure.
• 50% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 30 days and beyond prior to departure.
• 100% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to departure.

During the Tour:

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
