• This is a tour that requires frequent walking. Please wear comfortable shoes & clothing.

Accommodation

• Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
• You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed
• Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.

Meal

• Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
• If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price is about USD 5 per person.
• Vegetarian and Halal option is only available as per request. Please indicate them during booking.

Transportation

• Tour will be operate by sharing vehicle. Vehicle type may change depend on the group size of participants in the tour.
• Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).

Entrance Ticket

• Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included.

Extension

• For Sharing Vehicle customer who extends their tour, departure airport transfer will be subjected to additional charges.

Arrival & Departure Pick Up Information

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with English or Mandarin Speaking Driver.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information

• Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour

• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operators control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case.
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour manager and you have to make your own way back to your hotel at your own cost.

Tourist Visa

• We recommend that you check with your Local Embassy for the visa requirement of your nationality. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday.

Travel Insurance

• We recommend buying travel insurance before you travel to make sure that you are covered financially during the tour.

Local Transportation

• Hanoi's taxis have meters, but not all drivers like to use them. Working meters cost about VND10,000 to VND15,000 for the first two kilometers, then about VND8,000 per succeeding kilometer.
• Cyclo are Hanoi's bicycle rickshaws. Passengers ride in the front cab, while the driver sits behind the passenger. Cyclo cabs are made for two passengers and are ideal for exploring short distances within Hanoi's city center. Ride them only if you're in no hurry, and if you don't mind the fright of seeing Hanoi's traffic whiz right in front of you. A ride in a cyclo should cost you about VND 100,000 (about $5) for an hour's ride. They may ask for more at the outset, but you're encouraged to haggle the price down. Agree on the price up front before boarding.
• Xe om are Hanoi's motorcycle taxis. The name translates to "hug vehicle", and that's what it amounts to: you ride pillion on the motorcycle and hug the driver from behind, hanging on for dear life as the both of you whiz through the city's traffic. You'll find xe om mainly around street corners; you can tell them by their green pith helmets. The price should be negotiable and will depend on the distance you wish to travel. For every kilometer, about VND 10,000-15,000 (about fifty to seventy cents) is a fair amount.

Seasonal Weather

• Vietnam has three official seasons: Hot, Cool, and Wet. The hot season runs from March through to June, with April and May the hottest months of the year. The monsoon season usually is accompanied by heavy rain but will normally have rough seas. This season can vary from year to year.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
• 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than14 days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During the Tour

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
