Itinerary

• Itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance to local operation requirements.
• Mandarin Speaking or basic English Speaking tour assistant will be provided during the sighseeing tour (As indicated in the itinerary) .
• This is a tour requires frequent walking. Please wear a comfortable shoes & clothing.
• Please note that this package is not suitable for people with disabilities or walking difficulty.

Accommodation

• You will have the entire Apartment to yourself attached with 1 bathroom per apartment only with basic amenities.
• The Apartment is located within a walking distance to the nearest Train Station or Tourist Area.
• Check in time is 4 pm & Check out time is 11 am

• The Apartment can accomodate upto 6 persons with different type of beds including Single, Twin, Double, Sofa Bed or Futon Bed.
• Front desk is not available at the property. Self check-in instructions will be update on the booking confirmation.

Meal

• The tour assistant will provide information of meal location during the tour.
• Simple lunch price about JPY 1000 - 1500 (USD 10 15), Simple dinner price about JPY 1500 - 2000 (USD 15 20).

Transportation

• Tour will be operating by train, city bus, van or coach depends on the group size. Non-reserved tourist class seats will be arranged by a tour assistant.

Entrance Ticket

• All entrance tickets at the sightseeing sports are not included in the tour fare. Tour assistant will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if you wish to enter the building.

Extension

• For Sharing Vehicle customers who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will subject to additional charges
• For Private Vehicle customers who extend their tour, departure airport transfer will be provided.

Airport Pick Up Information:

• Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by sharing vehicle with Japanese or Mandarin Speaking Driver and will not be accompanied by tour assistant.
• Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
• Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be update on the booking confirmation.

Tour Pick Up Information:

• The tour assistant will meet you at your apartment & walk to the train station.
• The tour assistant will accompany you on the tour and contact with you to reconfirm the pick-up time and daily itinerary.

Guidelines During The Tour :

• You have to wait at your apartment entrance 10 minutes before pick up time as the tour assistant might have to pick up other passengers. The tour assistant might not wait for you. Should you be late, it will be considered as no shows and no refund will be provided.
• During your sightseeing tour includes free time in certain spots. Please arrive at the meet up location given by the tour assistant at least 10 minutes before the meet up time. There will be no waiting for late-comers. Travelers who fail to show up on time will not receive any refund and will be considered as no show
• If you choose to leave in the middle of the tour, please inform your tour assistant and you have to make your own way back to your apartment at your own cost.
• The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operators control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case
• The tour assistant responsibility is to assist you to coordinate the logistic of your tour and provide basic information. The tour assistant will not provide guiding and narration of tour.

Deposits & Full Payment

• Full Payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation must be made in writing.

Before Date Of Departure:

• 10% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 31 days and before prior to departure.
• 50% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made 30 days and beyond prior to departure.
• 100% of total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to departure.

During The Tour:

• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
