Day 1 Arrival - Osaka (D)

  • Upon arrival Kansai International Airport, you will be visit Osaka top attractions.
  • Kuroshio Market - Located in Marina City, where tuna cutting shows are held three times a day. Watch in awe as a giant tuna is skillfully cut right in front of your eyes!
  • Osaka Castle - Photo stop at Japan's most famous landmarks that you cant miss!

Day 2 Osaka - Kyoto - Gifu (B/L/D)

  • Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine - Visit the magical, seemingly unending path of over 5000 vibrant orange torii gates that wind through the hills behind Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine.
  • Arashiyama Bamboo Grove - Visit one of Kyoto's most photographed and recognizable sights.
  • Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion) - Is a Zen temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf.

Day 3 Gifu - Shirakawa-go - Mount Fuji (B/L/D)

  • Shirakawa-go - Declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995, they are famous for their traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses, some of which are more than 250 years old. Remember to take a beautiful photos of the Shirakawa-go observation deck before you leave. 
  • After all excitement in Shirakawa, you will proceed to Mount Fuji. Check-in and free & easy.


Day 4 Mount Fuji - Tokyo (B/L/D)
  • Mount Fuji 5th Station - Located halfway up the mountain, Mount Fujis 5th Station affords incredible views over Fuji Five Lakes and Hakone National Park. 
  • Gotemba Premium Outlets - This outlet mall has the most shops in Japan and has a great view of Mount Fuji.
  • Sensoji Temple - Visit one of Tokyo's most colorful and popular temples, also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple, is a Buddhist temple located in Asakusa.

Itinerary 

  • The Itinerary is for reference only and visiting sequence may be different, and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance with local operational requirements.
  • By going private gives you the advantage of greater flexibility in pace and choice. You can spend a little more time at a particular landmark, add your favourite spot or even skip one altogether. All are possibilities on our Private Tour!
  • You have a choice of a Mandarin Speaking or basic English Speaking Driver Guide will be provided during the sightseeing tour. (English Speaking Driver subject to availability)

Accommodation

  •  Your final hotel name and details will be provided 5 days prior to tour departure. In the unlikely event, the operator reserves the right to change the hotel of a similar class.
  • You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. For the extra bed, the hotel may arrange a bed, a couch type bed or a roll-away bed
  • Child policy: 7 years old and above must apply to Child with bed fare.

Meal

  • Breakfasts are mostly buffet at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are mostly local group meals.
  • If the meals not included in the program. Simple lunch and dinner price is about JPY 1000 - JPY 2500  per person.

Transportation

  • You will have your own dedicated driver-guide or local guide with private transportation.
  • Tour will be operating by van or coach depends on the group size.
  • Each person with 1 piece of baggage. Each baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D).
  • The maximum usage of the vehicle is 10 hours or 300 km, a surcharge will apply for exceeding 10 hours usage or 300 km.

Entrance Ticket

  • Tour Guide will assist you to purchase entrance ticket at your own cost if entrance ticket is not included. 

Extension

  • For the customer who extension of stay, departure airport transfer will be provided when the extension accommodation is booked through us.

Airport Pick Up Information:

  • Arrival & departure airport transfers will be operating by private vehicle exclusively for your party.
  • Arrival - The local representative will be waiting at the meeting point holding a placard wait for you up to 1 hour 20 minutes from your flight landing time. If you are delayed, please message to driver or emergency contact person. A surcharge will be imposed.
  • Departure - The pick-up time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. The pick-up information will be updated on the booking confirmation. 

Tour Pick Up Information:

  • Your final pick-up information will be provided on your final tour itinerary prior to your arrival.

Guidelines During The Tour:

  • You have to wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick up time.
  • The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator's control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued in this case

Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Tour Departure Date

  • All cancellation must be made in writing.
  • 10% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation after confirmation of the tour.
  • 50% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the total tour fare will be imposed for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to departure.
